TE Connectivity SUPERSEAL Series 1.0 mm Plug Housing Assembly

SUPERSEAL 1.0mm plug housing assemblies for 1.0 mm receptacle contacts with polarization key, thermoplastic GF housings and upper locking. The secondary locking mechanisms of these SUPERSEAL automotive plug connectors facilitate contact insertion into the housing and prevent the contacts from backing out during mating. If the contacts cannot be correctly inserted into the plug housing assembly the secondary lock cannot be closed.


Features and benefits

• Thermoplastic / PET housing for reliable performance/resistance. The outer material is lightweight and allows design flexibility.

• The SUPERSEAL series has built-in secondary locking mechanisms which facilitate contact insertion into the housing, thus preventing the contacts from backing out during mating.

• Polarization key as standard, helping prevent the insertion of another circuit board unless properly slotted in.

• A varied amount of contacts (26, 34 & more) suitable in a wide array of industrial sockets.

• 3 mm pitches available
